Lead Generation

Lead generation is the art and science of attracting new customers and is absolutely vital to all businesses.

There are three ways to grow your business:

    1. attract new customers
    2. entice your customers to buy more frequently
    3. increase the dollar amount per transaction when your customers buy

Traditional lead generation campaigns involve creating some sort of offer through the advertising media of choice (radio, TV, direct mail, newspaper, online, telemarketing, requests for proposals, requests for quotes, trade shows and seminars) and using either  inbound or outbound tele-services, gathering information from a customer or prospect in order to qualify and score the opportunity for future follow-up.

Another type of successful lead generation program should be the one that is foremost on the minds of businesses – referrals.  Referrals are common in many types of business. Some firms rely solely on referral business from current, satisfied customers to make lists of potential customers to be sold to interested businesses.

You can have a great idea or product, but, you must reach customers to have a business. The more you sell, the more you can grow. It's that simple.
